Avario designs, installs and maintains smart home systems for villas and apartments in Dubai.

We fit wired systems, such as KNX, the wiring standard most wired systems use. We also fit wireless systems, for homes where you don't want to open up walls.

Our engineers plan each system around your home: the rooms, the doors, the AC units and how you live in them. We choose products from 18 high-end suppliers, so the system fits the job rather than one brand.

We also work with contractors, builders, property developers, interior designers and installers, from the first drawings to handover.

Our guides explain your options in plain English, including when a simpler or cheaper option is enough. When you're ready, book a home visit. Our engineer checks your home, and you usually get a written quote within 2 days.
