Avario is a smart home integrator in Dubai for contractors, builders, developers, interior designers, architects and installers. We design, program and commission the automation on villas, apartments, offices and showrooms. We work from your drawings, so the earlier you bring us in, the better.

What do we handle on a trade project?

We take care of the automation engineering, from your architect's or MEP drawings through to handover. Our own team does all the programming and commissioning (setting up and testing the system on site). We are a registered KNX Partner. KNX is an open standard for wired home and building automation.

We can contract with whoever suits the project: the main contractor, the developer or the end client.

Contractors and builders

We fit around your build programme. On a wired job our team is on site during the primary wiring stage and checks your MEP team's work every two days, before the walls are closed. See how we work as a smart home partner for contractors and builders.

Property developers

We can set a standard specification for each unit type, with optional upgrades that buyers choose at the sales stage. We also fit out show villas and show apartments so buyers can try the system. You get one named project engineer from specification to handover.

Interior designers and architects

We deliver switch and keypad samples to you, drawn from our 18 high-end suppliers, so you and your client can see the finishes in hand. We can provide the lighting design around your scheme, or work with your client's lighting contractor.

Installers

If you install systems yourself and want formal training, you can become a certified smart home installer through our courses.

Commercial and hospitality projects

We take on offices, showrooms and home offices. Where a tower has a central building management system (BMS, the software that runs the building's plant), our system can connect to it. Commercial clients get the same app support chat and call-outs as homeowners, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm.
