We have designed and installed smart homes in Dubai since 2015. Our products come from 18 high-end suppliers, so we choose what suits your home rather than one brand's range.
What can our smart home solutions control?
Most things in your home that use power can be connected. These are the ones people ask about most:
- Smart lighting: keypads, dimming and scenes (one button that sets several lights at once). We can design the lighting too.
- AC: every brand and type, with schedules and usage reports. See AC control and energy management.
- Curtains and blinds: wired or wireless motors, usually from Somfy or Aqara. We work alongside your curtain supplier.
- Security and locks: cameras and video door intercoms from Ubiquiti and Akuvox, and smart locks from Oji, Tedee, Yale or Aqara. You can see a visitor and open the door from one app. See home security, CCTV and access control.
- Wi-Fi: we design and install Ubiquiti UniFi networks, which every other system relies on.
- Audio and cinema: speakers and screens from Sonos, Bang & Olufsen and Denon. Our work ranges from an upscale TV room in JBR to a full cinema in Dubai Hills.
- Leak protection: wireless sensors that alert your phone, and shut-off valves fitted by an MEP (plumbing and electrical) contractor.
- Garden and pool: Rain Bird and Hunter irrigation (garden watering) controls, and Soliara pool lights. You set their colour and brightness from our keypads and app.
Wired or wireless: which suits your home?
It depends on whether your walls are open. Wireless is usually the simpler choice in apartments and renovations, because nothing is cut into the walls.
For wireless, we usually use Zigbee, a radio standard that lets smart devices talk to each other. A wireless installation usually takes a couple of days.
Wired KNX is a wiring standard for professional systems. The cables go in during the build or a major renovation, before the walls are closed. For a new villa, we usually recommend KNX. Read what KNX is and how we install it.
Does it work without the internet?
Mostly, yes. Your system runs in your home, so the keypads keep working when the internet goes down.
While your home Wi-Fi is working, you can still use the app inside the home. Irrigation keeps to its schedule. On the locks we fit, the keypad and fingerprint reader still work at the door.
What stops is control from outside the home, including remote unlocking, until the connection comes back.
Who looks after it afterwards?
We do. Warranties on the equipment come from the manufacturers.
You report a fault through the support chat in our app, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm. We complete 90% of support remotely, and only with your approval.

What affects the cost, and what happens next?
The cost depends on the size of your home, whether it is wired or wireless, new build or renovation, the brands you choose and how much you want to control.
